- Employees experiencing or witnessing harassment are encouraged to report the issue immediately to their supervisor, the HR department, or a designated company representative.
- Reports can be made verbally or in writing and will be treated with sensitivity, confidentiality, and urgency.
6. Investigation Process
- Upon receiving a complaint, the company will promptly initiate an impartial investigation.
- Both the complainant and the alleged harasser will be treated fairly, with respect, and confidentiality.
- If harassment is confirmed, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including termination of employment.
7. Protection Against Retaliation
- Mango Tree Technology LLP strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports harassment or participates in an investigation.
