1. Introduction

2. Code of Conduct
- Employees must maintain integrity, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
- Respect and professionalism towards colleagues, clients, and partners are mandatory.
- Discrimination, harassment, or any form of workplace misconduct is strictly prohibited.
- Confidentiality must be maintained regarding company and client information.
3. Employment Policies
3.1 Working Hours & Attendance
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Remote work must be pre-approved by management.
- Late arrivals and absences must be reported to supervisors in advance.
- Uninformed absences beyond three consecutive days may lead to disciplinary action.
3.2 Leave Policy
- Annual Leave: 18 days per year.
- Sick Leave: 10 days per year.
- Maternity/Paternity Leave: As per Indian labor laws.
- Emergency Leave: Subject to management approval.
3.3 Performance & Appraisal
- Annual performance reviews will be conducted based on KPIs and business goals.
- Salary increments, promotions, and bonuses are performance-driven.
- Training programs will be provided for employee skill development.
4. IT & Security Policies
4.1 Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Employees must handle company and client data responsibly.
- Sharing sensitive information without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication for company accounts.
4.2 Internet & Email Usage
- Company email and internet resources are for official use only.
- Unauthorized software installations or data downloads are prohibited.
4.3 Device & Access Management
- Company-issued devices must be used responsibly and returned upon resignation/termination.
- Personal devices used for work must comply with security standards.
- Any security breaches must be reported to the IT team immediately.
5. Finance & Accounting Policies
5.1 Payroll & Compensation
- Salary disbursement: Last working day of each month.
- Overtime compensation: Requires prior approval from management.
5.2 Expense Reimbursement
- Expense reports must be submitted within 15 days of the incurred cost.
- Reimbursement will be processed within 30 days upon approval.
5.3 Procurement & Vendor Management
- All purchases require approval from the procurement team.
- Vendor selection must adhere to company compliance standards.
6. Legal & Compliance
- Employees must comply with all local and international laws applicable to our business.
- NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) must be signed before handling confidential data.
- Employees must respect company intellectual property rights.
7. Workplace Safety & Crisis Management
- Employees must follow fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Cybersecurity and workplace safety training will be conducted periodically.
- Any workplace incidents must be reported to HR immediately.

- Analyze pre and post-webinar data for operational efficiency.
- Generate reports on business performance and sales analytics.
8.2 Business Operations & Automation – Siddhant
- Monitor internal workflows and suggest automation improvements.
8.3 Customer Service – Kumkum & Neha
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service quality monitoring.
8.4 Accounts – Ajay
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
8.5 Legal, Compliance & Security – Rohit
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and data protection laws.
8.6 Marketing – Vibhor
- Manage campaign execution, lead generation, and social media strategies.
8.7 Webinar Information & Management – Rohit
- Plan and execute webinars, resolve technical issues, and track attendance.
8.8 Technical Support – Prakash
- Ensure smooth operations of the online course platform and IT systems.
8.9 Calling & Recovery – Neha & Kumkum (Lead: Rohit)
- Follow up on customer payments, inquiries, and service renewals.
8.10 HR – Gautam
- Oversee employee performance, attendance, and grievance redressal.
8.11 Social Media – Shweta
- Manage content strategy, engagement, and ad campaigns.
8.12 E-Commerce – Devvrat & Rohit
- Inventory & website management – Devvrat.

9. Communication & Grievance Redressal
- Employees must use formal channels (emails, official groups) for business communication.
- Any workplace concerns should be reported to HR for resolution.
- Open-door policy: Employees may approach management regarding any concerns.
10. Monitoring & Compliance
- Daily & evening status meetings will be conducted.
- HR will monitor attendance; absentees without prior notice will be marked on leave.
- Gautam will oversee daily monitoring and reporting.
